Search People By Name

When using a people finder to find a person you remember the name of, fill in as much as you know about your old friend or family member.

Many people search engines out there are for the USA only. There is one good UK people finder too though. To find people in the UK, scroll down and click on the picture of the UK post box :)u

Sometimes you only remember the name and no other details of someone you want to find. It is OK to use a people search program even if you only know the first and last name of the person. But it would be easier if you had more information, like the state or city.

I know sometimes you only remember the first name of an old friend and that's when it gets more complicated...

For example, I had a classmate called Vivien. We went to school together in New York, but she was from Rome, Italy. I know she moved back to Rome once she was done with her studies.

A while back I was thinking about moving to Rome. Then I remembered Vivien. I was thinking a little about how I would find her if I would finally decide to move to Rome.

It would for sure be nice to reunite and become friends again if we would be living in the same city.

But I had no clue (and still have no clue) what her last name was.

In this situation a people search engine would not be of much help. Especially because she lives in Italy and I only have her first name...

Well, how would I go about finding Vivien?

The first thing I would have to do is call the school we both went to.

If they could not help me, I would try to remember some of the teachers we had and maybe they could help me further.

If I would still have no luck there, I could try to see if I have any contact details of anyone else from the same class.

If this would not give me any results I would have to try other options explained in my next article.
